Some people use bungy cords to keep their weights from swinging/moving, I wasn't on board with bungy cords.
I got some threaded rod and some flat stock, drilled some holes, did some measuring and this is my idea of keeping the weights tight and impossible to move.

Here you can see the front hitch mount that I added, the bracket came from John Deere.
The ball mount is made by Convert-A-Ball, they are slick as hell.
I got the stainless steel version, should last a few years ;)

This is a Brinly Poly 24x36 roller.
On all of my tow behind accessories, I like a ball coupler better than the hitch pins or whatever the hell you call them.
I have a yard cart that also has a 1 7/8 inch coupler.
